Fair
My stay was disappointing. The room I was given should not be available as a paid room. Room was next door to the female bathrooms and you could hear EVERYTHING. Room was also above the beer garden. This sort of info should be disclosed when booking the room. Bed linen was dirty/stained. Beds were uncomfortable.

Fair Bed was uncomfortable. Food was good.

Poor
Poor experience. We left after one night, after booking for two Pretty poor room amenities including hard bed, not enough bedding (too cold in bed), poor air con, brown water from bedroom tap, no bedside light, poor phone charging options, ridiculously placed TV. Good location, friendly staff
Fair No chair to sit on despite plenty of room. TV did no work properly. Large room.
Fair Too loud to sleep until late at night Convenience
Business response:
Dear Anthony, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re not a late-night venue, our bar and restaurant can be lively on weekends, and we’re sorry if this impacted your experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon. Warm regards, The Paragon Team
