Poor
Bit disappointed Communal toilet and bathroom.. in our room there’s a sink but looks dirty .. there’s no mirror at all.. we were there for a wedding, it’s hard to do makeup without a single mirror in the room. There’s a bar and restaurant on the ground floor.. we can hear all the noise at night Location is good
Business response:
Hi Maria. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, some great suggestions here! If it is a weekend sometimes the noise can carry in such an old building and i apologise that this was your experience. Usually we are a very quiet, early trading pub however there are some exceptions to this. We hope you had a wonderful time at the wedding and enjoyed the Mudgee Region overall. Kylie & team

Business response:
Hi James. I am sorry this has been your experience. We are currently looking at your room and the replacement of that particular bed should it be required. We greatly appreciate the feedback and apologise that your stay was not more comfortable.
Poor
Disappointing Unfortunately there were no blankets on the bed even though it's the middle of winter. Staff told me the previous owners had taken all the blankets and they were waiting for new ones to arrive. They offered no alternative solution except to turn up the AC. It was about 8 degrees in Mudgee at the time. Pretty disappointed, it seems a basic requirement for a hotel to provide bedding. Nice old pub with friendly staff, close to town.
