DO NOT engage this firm to support a sale or purchase. I have experience in conveyancing and the sale of my property was a simple one. Yet somehow Ownit made it all very difficult. I was asked to send them the SAME documents multiple times. NO ONE followed up with me or communicated correspondence appropriately. The constant emails about nothing and receiving a feedback text prior to settlement whilst I was on the phone making a complaint was comical. Do not waste your money with this firm. They will bombard you with emails and phone calls and fail to record your answers, so you are answering the same questions multiple times. They will over-charge you and refuse to refund you.
Worst service ever. I had to press for 5 days for sales contract to be sent, ended up sending myself. Then 5 weeks into sale process with Enquiry team, seemingly only contact, account gets handed to "legal team" who starts the entire process again with next to no hand over citing "different divisions" albeit enquiry team was only waiting to exchange. You get the picture - churn & burn operation.
I don’t even know where to start!! I’m so beyond disappointed with Madison Brown and her team… at first everything was amazing and I was actually telling people how helpful they were & then it all went down hill from there… not forwarding me an important email that was sent to her weeks before settlement that she only ended up sending me the day before settlement and now everything’s been pushed back because of it… she is denying being sent this email on the day it was sent to her and told me she was only sent it the day b... read more
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. I got sent a settlement statement 10 minutes before my settlement time and it has an item on it that i didnt owe. I called them straight away. I didnt get a call back until 5 minutes after my settlement time and Madison had no idea what she was doing. She was adamant that i was sent a settlement statement the day before.
