Had an extremely horrible experience from the lack of communication within there own team, my settlement was postponed from the incompetence of ownit and I had to chase up constantly to get this rectified and settlement went through at a later date, not only this they will not fix my stamp duty they just tell Me to go to QRO which I can not do as it’s logged through ownit and I have sent multiple emails and left messages via phone trying to get someone to fix it and call me and being told they will get back to me and never d... read more

RecommendedOwnit were very helpful and organised throughout my drawn out sale. The first sale fell through and I was given a discounted second sale process with the second buyer. That process was delayed twice and needed a new contract after the buyer had the wrong name. Ownit were knowledgable and help steer through a rocky settlement process. Thanks heaps. OwnIt were wonderful initially on the phone - couldn't have been nicer - and, yes, they could handle a double property transfer from one de facto partner to the other - there would be no problems, etc. Then once we'd paid our money, the problems started.
