Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great, 3 workers had a turn at my nails, shop wasn’t busy. 1 filed and applied acrylic, 1 to file and shape, 1 to paint. Requested the shape of my nails, shaped was different to what I had asked for so I mentioned it and was told that’s how it is. No cuticles pushed back, i did it myself with them infront of me, all flooded cuticles meaning they wwre lifting by the time i got home. no sterilising of any tools. No cuticle oil and bad blending on the thumbs 😑 😐 😒 As I am a nail tech of many years was looking forward to having someone else do them for me but was very shocked with just how poor they were. I wasn't expecting perfection but this is completely unacceptable. very overpriced too.

Rude, speak their language and all look at you like u can’t half tell they say something. unprofessional had nails re filled yesterday looks like I have a 1 week regrowth

I had french gel applied nearly halfway into my nails. After a week I had to go back as it chipped and the regrowth was so bad they had to top it up! My complaint was not accepted in a professional friendly manner and I will not go back! Just do the right thing by your customers, they pay for a good service, but are done in by poor quality!

I find it very rushed and unhygenic. I had a liquid gel removed and manicure. They had to remove the old nail polish. Then the guy next to me who just had his nails polished waiting to dry one nail didn’t look right so the technician removed the nail polished when the same one he used on me. The technician didn’t chnage gloves in bet customers i was wary if the utensils are also used bet use as I see a cuticle on the nippers. Not impressed! My nail polish start coming off only less than a day. Will not recommend.

Spent $105 for two pedicures and it was by far the worst I have ever had. No one spoke English or able to understand, the lady seemed inexperienced, unhappy with results and kept digging her nails in to my toes. I now have infected and red toes. Worst experience ever !!!

Went there at 4 for a booking for pedicure and full set nails with some designs for Xmas ,they were late to start with pedicure then they started mails just after 5 pm , she cut the nails into almost stiletto shape and said they were almond then I said I want the oval though lady said I will round them later and also said she will look at my pic for design later when I tried to talk about them and show her on my phone , then I had 2 lady’s file a hand each at the same Time and they all looked slightly different at the same t... read more

Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. The most rushed, rude, unprofessional, incomplete spa pedicure I have ever had. Not to mention the most expensive. First time there, won’t return. It won’t let me select that I don’t recommend. But I highly suggest going somewhere else.
