I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here ! My friend and I went to them just asking for an infill which is $45 during the service I was ignored and spoken to extremely poorly. I am trying to grow out my natural nails and I told them that with attitude given back they ended up braking my natural nails we left extremely unhappy as my Regrowth was still there We ended up getting OVER CHARGED $10= $55 NOT HAPPY !!!!! (*Photos* my nails are 4 days after colour has been done)
I had come in here with a friend of mine to get an infill done, and it was honestly the worst infill I have ever had, I originally wanted red and was told that they have no red….my response was do you have any red…..and they said no we have no red at all…..so I went with a pink glitter they are really thick & the acrylic is uneven & lumpy….they were rude & arrogant and then we were meant to be charged $45 for an infill & they charged me $55, I don’t mind if the work is good, this would have to be the most disappointing $55 I... read more
Worst set I have had! I understand it’s busy but I spender $120 a fortnight on nails and pedicure. I booked in with Bang for art and got nothing but an awful set and no art. I am now waiting at a salon at another centre to try and get them fix as I have an event tonight and am so embarrassed not to get them fixed photo below us just one of the dodgy 10
Very poor quality products and service. they didnt listen to what my daughter wanted, and not even shaped it like she wanted it. nails started voming off after 2 days! charged her for design per finger when there were no designs at all, only glitter polish. management not very helpful either and very expensive!

The women who did my nails was rude and hurt me so many times my nails are uneven and horrible painting and when ever I said there was a mistake or asked a question she would get so frustrated I’m not happy with my set at all and paid $70 when I was ment to be $65 which I really don’t mind if it was a great service ! Also she was rude to the other workers learning and kept hitting things aggressively on the bench I’m in a lot of discomfort and very upset with the set !
The service was average, not 1 smile through the whole 30 minutes. 3 of us had a spa pedi. One lady started more than 5 mins on my friend and finnished same time as me.
I went this Oasis with a friend, we both got the $30 pedi with hot stone... her pedi went for roughly 40 mins, she was started first with a lady who gave a wonderful service... then 20 mins into her pedi another lady came and started my pedi, she rushed mine, to the point that my friend and I finished at the same time. absolutely RIDICULOUS. My friend got an actual calf/foot massage yet I got a 5 min massage and the hot stones weren't used the same, my friend had 2 at once rubbed along her calves... where as I got 1 stone wr... read more
Worst place ive been to. Need atleast one person that can Understand english. I had a lady cut my cuticle too high it started burning i told her but she just said ok. told the owner he just smiled i was so disappointed as its meant to be a pamper not a shock to the body. wont be going back there again
