My wife has been going to this location for the past 6 months plus. We were happy with their service, it seems that in the last couple of months the service has gone down hill fast. the male technician makes everything dramatic and makes a big deal out of the littlest requests. Customer service is a grade C- at most. Plenty of other places to go other than here!
Younger Male “ technician” of the store is rude!!! Walking around with his shirt unbuttoned. If he had of been concentrating on filing my nails instead of looking at the boobs of the lady behind me getting a pedicure he wouldn’t have filed all the way down to the skin on three of my fingers, when I shrieked in pain and pulled away he just rolled his eyes at me like it was my fault and grabbed onto the next finger. male in shop so rude. made us wait although said would be in 10, waited over half an hour. when rude male came to do nails, who also did last time went to do nails walked off talking about me to others laughing. NEVER GO THERE!!!!
RecommendedNever ever will I ever step foot into this place again I got rush through and ended up leaving before I was finish. I had a gift voucher which I was excited about only to have to pay more money then what I was originally told. Then to top it of I ask to speak to management only for her to say sorry and ask for her money. Never go here
I made a booking because I had an event to get to. They ignored my booking and were full. Sat their for 20 mins and they were all still working on everyone so I had to leave. They were rude and unapologetic!
Went to Oasis Coomera this afternoon where myself and 2 others wanted pedicures, we were asked to come back in 10 minutes when they finished with clients. When we came back, we were asked to wait for another 5 (still no drama with this)... finally got in chairs. Unfortunately, a lot of our spa chairs suddenly had issues, even though they were brand new and given a 2 years warranty. Not happy with the quality of products used. i had shellac done on Christmas eve and 3 days later they were peeling. i went back for a redo and 2 days later its peeling again. shellac normally lasts ne 3 weeks and not 3 days

Had SNS with tips done. Nails look great, but broke skin to the point of bleeding on 4 fingers which has been extremely painful.
