RecommendedHad a spa pedi today worst one ever. Never push my Cuticles back or clean up around the nail. The foot scrub was nothing I had to ask if she could go over it again then a little tickle in my legs and she was done. Told me someone else will come and paint them. Sat there for a while and was piss off so I started looking at my nails and 1 of my toes still had a bit of my old nail polish on it. Told them I didn’t want a colour just let me pay and I’m on my way. Never again!
The worst Manicure & Pedicure I’ve ever had and over priced. Didn’t even touch my heals No leg massage, no cream on my legs or feet. What a waste of $90 yes $90. And I booked and still sat waiting while they did all the walk ins. Won’t me back 😡
Have been going to this salon for about 5 months - same shape, same length, nearly the same colour. Today I was charged an additional $10 as my nails are long - and they replaced one tip - they have never charged me for the length before.. and they aren’t that long !!! The experience isn’t that great - but they have always done an okay job.. think I will start looking for a new salon.
Girl was not remotely interested in doing a pedicure instead chatted too other staff looked around. Shortest pedicure I have ever had and no effort. Sorry but won’t be coming back.
We go to this salon religiously, after today we won’t be back! They had different people doing us and swapping and started doing other people who came in after us and kept letting more people in when they barley had the staff for the customers they had already. They all come up with different prices for each full set and infill and than change it! ALSO if you don’t have a spare 2 and a half hours don’t go! They forgot another ladies infill, Very disappointing! Won’t ever be back.
Never have I ever paid $70 for super short French tip nails, the lady made my finger bleed and didn’t even apologise.. I also spoke up about how I felt like my pinky nail was uneven and they did absolutely nothing about it and ignored me. Beyond disappointed
Had a pedicure, lady was lovely but didn’t do a very good job. No dry skin was removed so still visible on toes and heels which is frustrating because this is the main reason I went. Nail polish looks okay but I could easily have done that part myself.
Probably one of the worse salons i have been to. Lady was basically sanding my toes rather than my nail, edging is rough. When scrubbing my feet have made them worse rather than smooth. Then was told over the phone $75 only to be charged $90. But on the up side the staff were lovely. Would not recommend though.
