Ollie, our 12 week old puppy had his vaccination and the vet was excellent. Ollie remained calm and cool throughout, which is not always easy to do. Very happy with our visit.Ā

Candice Loft and Nissan Street Veterinary Surgery staff are always a pleasure to deal with. The most important aspect for us is the kind caring manner shown to our dogs. Zena was the patient for this last visit after she was showing a pronounced limp with her right front leg. Candice prescribed pain medication, took x-rays to confirm no major injury and set our minds at ease. Zena is now back to her normal happy self.Ā

An emergency call out, that was fast. When I was so distressed and in a panic state, she stayed calm. In the morning, I was called to advise me how he was doing and could collect him shortly. This was the first time I have used this veterinary practice, I can absolutely say from the reception service, which was real customer service. And of course, without Charlie's calm and quick response, I possibly wouldn't have my companion back. I high recommended this practice. It was a busy practice and that speaks volumes. Amazing location where you can walk your dog to lessen the anxiety of a trip to the Vet( for owners as well as pets),friendly and helpful reception staff and very caring and competent clinical staff. Always impressed with their professionalism and taking time to discuss issues and provide treatment options and costs. Thankyou for looking after my little man!Ā

Unfortunately my beautiful Harry had to cross the rainbow bridge which was difficult but the vet who treated him I think he was called Guy was terrific very compassionate, gentle and gave me time to say goodbye and I thank him for that.Ā

Had a problem with medication for my wee boy, and the backup help was marvellous, one fone call to you and the staff helped out with advice, and even foned back the next day to see how my boy was. Cannot ask for more than that.Ā

Dr Guy was just amazing with our dog Beau. Beau had Kidney Failure and at every visit, Dr Guy was so caring, compassionate and kind with Beau. We had to put Beau down this week and Dr Guy was there right until the end with us making it a beautiful, quite sendoff for him. We cant thank you enough Dr Guy.
