Vet Guy was friendly with our doggie and professional and easy to understand with his diagnosis, explanation and treatment.
Good service
The vet was very gentle and understanding although we had no dramas with Patch. DLL went very well. No after effects from the vaccinations.
We took our Border collie x Kelpie in to Nissen Street about 8 months ago with a few issues. We got excellent advice and she improved immensely. Last weekend however she had a stroke and we took Maggie in to be assessed. We were lucky enough to meet the Vet on duty, Guy. He was so empathetic and treated us and the situation very professionally.
Amazing, took great care of my dog and fitted us in at the last minute.
First contact was at reception,, counter staff acknowledge, apologised for wait. Very professional. Dr Guy was running late, but apologised, very welcoming. It was like being in a human Drs. Dr Guy was extremely thorough ask8ng lots of questions before even examining PussKat. We told him our concerns and PussKat history. When he examined him, he was very careful of the pain/issue and comforted him. He gave us an option which we are currently doing. Plus we have a follow up on the 26th. Which are looking forward to.
