Bella needed urgent care and you responded quickly, efficiently and effectively. From the moment the call was answered I felt in good hands. I was put on the triage list and invited in at 11.30am. Dr Guy was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the care and advice and I’m currently treating Bella with the medication provided. My only criticism was that the phones were on out of hours until 8.30 but the practice opened at 8, which was a bit stressful as the out of hours number didn’t work either. Great surgery. Great staff. Great service. Due to a poor experience at our previous vet surgery (had an emergency and no option to see vet the same day) we came last year to Nissen Street Vet....got instant help and experienced real compassion. Since then we only go there.Â
