First contact was at reception,, counter staff acknowledge, apologised for wait. Very professional. Dr Guy was running late, but apologised, very welcoming. It was like being in a human Drs. Dr Guy was extremely thorough ask8ng lots of questions before even examining PussKat. We told him our concerns and PussKat history.
