Staff were great with my pooch. She is very nervous and anxious and got upset and made a bit of a mess. They treated her calmly and quietly when giving her her annual jabs. Thankyou.

I can't tell you how impressed I am EVERY time I call to get "Lucy" - Bristish Shorthair in to see Dr Candice - not only is she friendly and happy to see Lucy (who is NEVER happy to see anyone - she even lets Dr Candice hold her like a baby) something I am NEVER allowed to do! Dr Candice and specifically Beck, got me in when I was worried about Lucy and she is now back to her normal happy self and I couldn't be more grateful. The BEST vet in Hervey Bay by far! Thank you as always.
