Our elderly dog was booked in for removal of 3 teeth and Candice agreed to remove two lumps at the same time. Not a cost issue, our concern was about putting him through another surgery later. Thanks to Candice, Guy, Jess and Charlie for looking after him and checking in with us the morning after his surgery.

Bella needed urgent care and you responded quickly, efficiently and effectively. From the moment the call was answered I felt in good hands. I was put on the triage list and invited in at 11.30am. Dr Guy was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the care and advice and I’m currently treating Bella with the medication provided. My only criticism was that the phones were on out of hours until 8.30 but the practice opened at 8, which was a bit stressful as the out of hours number didn’t work either.
