Excellent service, prompt responses every time. Highly recommended.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracey Caruana from McGrath Real Estate in Springfield, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism and communication were fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly informative, provided valuable suggestions, and answered all of our questions with ease. Thanks to her efforts, she sold our house above the offers over price, which was a fantastic result. If you're considering selling, contact Tracey. 5 Stars.
Tracey and Paul were helpful, communicative and approachable at all stages of the process. Always answered questions and assisted with everything as needed. Pleasure to deal with.
What a lovely Lady! Tracey was wonderful to deal with during the purchase of this home. She replied immediately to my enquiry, was transparent in her communication. And when putting up the sold sign, she made special efforts with my daughter taking photo's and giving her a great experience. Both Paul and Tracey brought that personalised touch its becoming rare to see.
Outstanding performance in her management role. Up to date valuations, realistic expectations and sold in the time frame predicted. Great communicator, fair and honest. Recommend to any seller or buyer. Fabulous team Thanks
Excellent people Paul and Tracey kept us informed at all times and we got true value for money
You could tell from the start that Tracey was very experienced and able to answer any questions we asked her with a great deal of certainty and no ambiguity........This made me feel very confident and that we were working with someone we could trust and were in good hands
Tracey was superb from the very start. We have never met a Real Estate Agent like her - so down-to-earth, personable and caring, yet on-the-ball about every detail at the same time. Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thankyou Tracey 🥰
Very helpful and patient throughout the whole process of the sale.
