RecommendedWe recently rented a property through McGrath real estate. It was the smoothest transition we have ever experienced, paperwork was in an online format, so no travelling to and from the agents office. Kaitlyn was really helpful, polite and courteous and got to know us through all of the viewings we had at one stage we viewed four rentals in one day. Shan the property manager has been very responsive with maintenance requests, despite being busy helping ppl who were hit by the recent storm. Thanks to the team at McGrath's.
