The service itself was great, prompt and efficient. Brooklen was fantastic and an asset to the company. However when it came to pay the invoice it got sent on the 21st with a due date of that same day. Admittedly I didn’t see that invoice until I received a “late” notice on the 23rd saying our account was 7 days overdue, when the invoice was only sent two days prior. I had a hot water system timer installed to try and save energy. The installer kept me updated on his arrival time and while he was doing the job. Adam was super efficient. No drama.
