They were asked to check our washing machine to see if it could be repaired. They were up front and honest in their assessment and didn't try to talk us into expensive repairs. They were both polite and friendly and would recommend to anyone.

The service itself was great, prompt and efficient. Brooklen was fantastic and an asset to the company. However when it came to pay the invoice it got sent on the 21st with a due date of that same day. Admittedly I didn’t see that invoice until I received a “late” notice on the 23rd saying our account was 7 days overdue, when the invoice was only sent two days prior.
