Communication is so important and that is what was exceptional on top of the service. I was kept informed at every stage and for every appointment. This I cant say I have ever had before from other service providers. Every one we dealt with were so polite and cheerful it was a pleasure to deal with you all. An extraordinarily pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable team of Kaleb and Zach, (Sam who usually attends with Kaleb was on holiday!) As always, a totally professional job, the Electrical work looks so very tidy and obviously they take pride in their excellent workmanship - (which seems to be unusual nowadays as generally Tradesmen don't care how something looks as long as it works!) We are very lucky to have such a professional outfit in our vicinity from Hannah in the Office and Elliott the Boss, A fantasticTeam!
