Taylor from Kollosche was exceptional from start to finish. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were flawless. The marketing, presentation, and follow-ups were handled perfectly, making the process smooth and stress-free. He exceeded expectations, achieving an excellent auction result. I felt fully supported throughout and gained not just an agent, but a friend. Highly recommended!
Ryan is an incredible real estate agent and person. Beyond professional, with exceptional knowledge and understanding of real estate and people. His honesty and kindness helped us through a difficult sale of a home that he always believed in. Ryan communicated and guided us through the entire process, resulting in a successful sale. Ryan and his team’s dedication and friendship will always be remembered and appreciated. We now proudly consider Ryan and his team wonderful friends. Thank you Lea
I could not recommend Lee Macfarlane and Kollosche too highly. He and the team were thorough, polite and extremely helpful. We were kept updated regularly. The method of using WhatsApp is a great idea for sharing thoughts and updates. Lee went above and beyond in the final hours of negotiations. We are super happy with the outcome.
Paul is an exceptional agent. Throughout our campaign, even when the market experienced a slight dip, he remained steadfast in his support of the property. His consistently positive and highly professional attitude was something we truly appreciated. Paul was always available to offer advice whenever needed, often going above & beyond to assist with details such as styling and final touches on our landscaping. His team were responsive and agile, ensuring everything was in place.
Lee is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. His communication skills throughout the process were first rate. I feel he worked very hard to get a result that we as the client were very happy with. I would highly recommend Lee McFarlane.
Jai was incredibly patient and persistent from the very beginning, standing out among several agents who reached out at the same time. Despite the initial overwhelm, Jai stayed consistent, helped guide the process forward, and made it easy to take that first important step. The professionalism and dedication throughout have been truly appreciated.
From the very beginning, Jai’s commitment and perseverance made a lasting impression. While many agents reached out, his calm patience and consistent support helped us overcome the initial challenges and confidently move ahead. His professionalism and dedication have been sincerely appreciated throughout the entire process.
Outstanding sales agent! I could not have trusted a nicer person than Jai. Jai is honest and a very positive & realistic real estate person. Jai was great with follow through from the beginning of my journey right to the end, not pushy and hugely supportive. I will also like to thank his team in WhatsApp, outstanding communication. Thank you to all.
Gives you great advised to what is on the market and what buyers have advised on the house. Great enthusiasm to getting a deal complete.
