Simon was straight down the line and not only made us feel comfortable but honoured our time and didn’t leverage our interest against other potential parties. Cooper & Simon were phenomenal and went way (!!!) above and beyond to help Erin and I achieve our sale. Nothing was too much for either of the guys and Simon even went to the point of helping us with insurance claims, as well as supporting us through a very troublesome tenant (via another agency).
