After shifting our search to the Gold Coast, Thibault and the team impressed us with their honesty, energy and genuine care. They understood our needs, guided us clearly, and supported us throughout. Their proactive, transparent approach helped us secure our dream home in Burleigh. We highly recommend them to Gold Coast buyers.
Dino Machado from Kolloshe did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. He was incredibly professional, personable, and supportive throughout the entire sales process. His communication and dedication to our well being during the sale made the experience much smoother with less stress. We would highly recommend Dino to anyone looking to sell their property, house or apartment.
Jade was well versed in the property. She defended the sellers price well and also knew we were serious buyers so a compromise where we moved more than the sellers brought about a result agreeable to both. Jade is very personable and was very obliging and swift with requests.
Lee was proactive, offered useful insights, and very very reliable. Having only met Lee at the start of what was a short track to getting our offer accepted, I was not sure what to expect. I found him to be thoroughly professional and transparent. Both seller and buyer were happy with the outcome.
Selling a home is meant to be stressful, but Paul’s team clearly missed that memo. From listing to sold, they kept everything organised, professional, and refreshingly honest. The marketing was spot on, and their teamwork behind the scenes made the whole process feel surprisingly smooth. If you want an agent who delivers results and keeps the whole experience calm and easy (with a few laughs along the way), Paul’s team is an easy recommendation.
Jade went above & beyond to accommodate our needs whilst preparing our Property for market. Her knowledge of the area was remarkable and her professional genuine caring manner was outstanding! I highly recommend Jade if you are thinking of selling or Buying your next Home.
Taylor Kleinberg impressed from the first call with professionalism, genuine listening, and a pressure-free approach. Throughout the campaign he was punctual, communicative, and supportive, offering honest feedback. His calm, professional presence and strong auction performance exceeded expectations. A standout agent, highly recommended for his dedication, integrity, and exceptional results.
Paul and the highly experienced team at Kollosche have all been so professional, working together as a team and guiding us throughout our buying and selling process, making the experience seamless. I would highly recommend Kollosche to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the future.
I recently sold my apartment through Paul Harrison from Kollosche and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their communication was clear, consistent, and always honest. I was kept updated at every stage, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Their understanding of the market was spot-on, and the marketing campaign they put together was high-quality and professional. The open homes were well-managed.
