Mitch did an excellent job selling our property at Runaway Bay. His professionalism, prompt communication, and market knowledge made it easy to work together. We really appreciated his hard work and commitment, and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell on the Gold Coast.
I recently secured an apartment on the Gold Coast with the help of Jai, and the experience was fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Truly a pleasure to work with, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent.
The Troy Dowker Team Sold my parents new property at Auction. Troy and his team were very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done. The Auction almost didn't hit the reserve price and Troy paused the auction to negotiate a price with the sellers that my parents and the buyers were happy with. It was very impressive to see the house sold under the hammer and Troy's passion to get the result for the buyers and sellers! Highly Recommend.
Hayley was amazing to work with, she was honest, motivated and super respectful. Hayley and her team did an amazing job at selling our house I recommend anyone wanting to sell their place to go through Hayley and her team.

After 45 years of living in our family home, deciding to sell was a huge and emotional decision — but with Cooper and Simon from Kollosche, the process couldn’t have been more seamless. Their professionalism, guidance, and clear strategy gave us complete confidence every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved an exceptional result that exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful for their support during such a significant moment in our lives and wouldn’t hesitate
We had the pleasure of working with Troy’s team when purchasing our home in Palm Beach. Troy was incredibly clear and professional, going above and beyond to assist both us as buyers and the seller in finalizing the deal smoothly. The after-sales service was outstanding—Inga was exceptionally helpful and guided us every step of the way as we settled into our new home. Her responsiveness and dedication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I cant recommend Troy team highly enough.
