When we interacted with Martina at an open home we knew we wanted her to be our agent. She went on to sell our home and help us find another one more suitable for our needs. Her communication can’t be faulted, she was always on time and never hurried us along. She respected us as a family and worked around our schedule to achieve a great outcome. Martinas friendly yet professional manner made her approachable and we appreciate the way she guided us through the whole process.
Martina's communication throughout the entire sale process was excellent. Her advice in preparing our property for sale, her local knowledge of the market, and her continued feedback allowed us to target the 'right fit' for our home, and resulted in a price that met our expectations. Thanks again!
Thank you Martina for your professionalism when it came to selling our house. Your communication was amazing always even with our time difference over here. We would highly recommend Martina to sell your home too thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕
Martina was fantastic would 100% recommend her to anyone in the market
Definitely recommend Elliot if your looking to buy or sell a home. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, Elliot also communicated with me and my partner regularly and acted quickly on our behalf making sure we didn’t miss out on our beautiful new home! 😊⭐️
Fantastic to deal with and helpful throughout the whole process. The team at Kal Metro also helping us out when needed. Felt very looked after and any questions asked were responded with very reasonable answers to help us make the right decisions. Helped us get on the market and sold in a good timeframe in a very busy market. Thanks Elliot!
Elliot recently sold a property for us, in around 10 days on the market could not have asked for anything better (given over the xmas and new year period). Elliot assisted us with all the pre-sale things that needed to be done, booking pest inspections etc. arranging access. If you are wishing to sell your property, then we would thoroughly recommend Elliot for the job as we were able to leave Elliot to it knowing everything was done properly.
Elliott went above and beyond to ensure the settlement of my property. He was extremely thorough, he has great knowledge of the market, and I was always able to contact him. He made the sale of my property a stress free one, and I couldn’t recommend him higher! Thank you Elliott :)
Elliot was great to work with and helped us achieve a great result for the sale of our property. He was knowledgeable about the local market and very responsive to our questions. The process from listing to settlement went smoothly and Elliot was there the whole way to oversee it.
