Amazing Agent
Knows the market extremely well and gets the job done very quickly. Its not the first property I've sold through Elliot and hopefully it wont be the last.
Elliot listened, responded to us and our needs. He was professional, easy to work with and responded to all our questions. He was very patient with us and what we wanted.
Elliot is a dream real estate agent! He sold our house quickly, for a great price. His marketing was amazing, his negotiation skills top-notch, and his communication fantastic. We were informed every step and always felt like a priority. Highly recommend Elliot!
We are so greatful for the hard work Martie has put in to help us sell our home. Living interstate Martie’s communication and professionalism in understanding our concerns was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble to insure the stress was taken out and we had a smooth transaction. This is the 2nd home we have sold with Martie now. I can assure you,you will be in safe hands Thank you Martie. 😊💙
Elliot achieved in 4 weeks what others could not do in over 12 months - a sold house! We are delighted with the result that was achieved so quickly. Elliot was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend Elliot to anyone in Kalgoorlie looking to sell their property.
Martina was wonderful to work with as we don't live in Kalgoorlie-Boulder anymore she was amazing at keeping us in touch with feedback from potential buyers and ultimately found a lovely couple that loved the house as much as we did. We would highly recommend Martina as a real estate agent as she talked us through everything and was very prompt in replying if we had any queries. Thank you to Martina and Kal Metro for everything you did for us, we really appreciate it :)
Martina is fantastic, her knowlege of the market and the area is extensive. Martina helped us sell our house quickly on a very tight schedule without a drama. Highly recommend Martina if you want an agent who actually listens to you! Selling with Martina was a breeze.
Excellent and genuine, couldn’t say enough good things about Elliot
