Elliot was a huge help initially with helping us to decide whether to sell or rent out our house when we were thinking to move. He gave us what options were available and supported us with our final decision to sell. He was flexible with our circumstances and helpful if we didn’t understand the process of something, he was always there to answer any questions we had with a kind and mature manner. We will definitely choose Elliot again in the future as our real estate agent.
Firstly I would like to thank Elliot. From the initial meeting prior to listing my property, Elliot proved his ability to match my personality and expectations. His knowledge of the market and processes were spot on. He worked consistently with me to ensure the right buyer, kept me updated throughout the sale process and was always on call. I would have no hesitation to engage Elliot and Kalgoorlie Metro to sell my properties in the future. All the best Elliot. Sharon.
We recently sold our house through Metro, Elliot was very professional and his knowledge of the market was next to none, he advise what our property was worth, we put it on the market and got what we asked within a couple of days it was sold, I would recommend Elliot to anyone selling or buying.
