It was our first time selling a property and we chose to work with Martina. She was very approachable and has excellent knowledge of the market. Love it when things are easy! We are now enjoying ourselves on the coast :)
Expert knowledge of current local market Martina always checked in with me for buyers inspection and gave useful feedback, her professional approach led to my house selling fast and at a great price
I could not recommend Elliot more from both sellers & a buyers perspective. A process that seemed overwhelming, was made seamless with Elliots help. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, personable & professional service was provided! Elliot helped me achieve a big goal of mine in a small timeframe. If your looking for an agent I couldn't recommend Elliot enough ! Thank you again.
Elliot was a amazing in every aspect of buying our house. Nothing was too much trouble and always followed through when we had questions. Elliot was very polite and well manneres thoughout the process and just made everything easy. We would 100% recommend using Elliot for buying or selling a house. Pure proffesionalism
Elliot's market knowledge was brilliant and was proven when both of my properties were pretty much sold the moment I contacted him. He was also very courteous and prompt with his responses. Great service and a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
We found Elliot excellent to work with when purchasing our first block of land. He was very well informed on the property we were purchasing and wasn't afraid to go in to bat for us when it came time for negotiations, so I feel he worked very well to ensure both parties were happy. It also helps that he has knowledge of the subdivision/construction process so he was able to give us some insight into that side of things as well. We were very impressed with his service!
He is nice and willing to answer questions asked by his clients.
Elliot did an amazing job at finding our dream house and selling our old house! He is professional and did an fabulous job! We will definitely use Elliot again!
The knowledge was excellent and in line with the the photo presentation of the house. Very professional indeed.
