Outstanding
We purchased an investment property & found that Broc & Isaac were very professional. Not pushy agents & we felt very comfortable with them.
Broc was very easy to communicate with, will certainly be using Broc & Ivy Realty again.
Was referred Broc through a friend to sell my investment home, he helped us to get a great result in a very short period of time. We were very impressed.
I highly recommend Broc! His expertise and professionalism made the process easy. Broc was extremely professional in his approach with a knowledge of the market that allowed us to feel confident in our decisions. He was a terrific communicator and quickly built trust in his process because he was open, honest and responded to our needs as vendors. We feel he went above and beyond for us and can't thank him enough!
Broc's professionalism & ability to ensure a seamless purchase was greatly appreciated for our forever home.
Broc was very helpful in securing our next home, he made it a very stress free process & worked overtime & afterhours to make sure the transaction went smoothly.
Isaac was great to deal with through both of our contracts. He was understanding and supportive when our first one fell over and was great to work with throughout our successful one. He is prompt at responding to messages (even out of hours) and is easy to talk to. He is not pushy, very knowledgeable and is a true gentleman. He made our long search for the right property bearable!
Ivy ans Isaac have been exceptional to deal with and have made the entire process seemless. They work extremely hard in the background and they obtain an outcome.
