Isaac is an outstanding agent with both a great in-depth knowledge of the market and extensive marketing skills and capacity which is relected in the great price he achieved for our home on Sovereign Islands. We have no hesitation in recommending Isaac for all your proprty search and marketing needs.
He delivered honesty and respect in how he conducted himself.
Franklin was always on time for open homes And a pleasure to be around Very enjoyable
We have been involved with many agents over the years both as a buyer and a seller. I don’t think we have experienced a more knowledgeable, more accommodating and professional agent. To add to this we can only say he is a warm, personable young man with a bright future ahead of him.
Ivy is an outstanding Agent. Very polite and easy to deal with. Communication was always spot on and that was so appreciated as I live a distance away from the property that our family was marketing and selling. 10/10 for Ivy Realty.
Issac is an extremely nice man that has vast knowledge of the area that he sells in and makes every conversation a pleasure. He has a very easy nature that translates to all that deal with him. As a husband and wife team Ivy and Issac along with their agency staff are a cut above! I would recommend this agency to everyone.
Selling a home can be stressful, but Broc and the Ivy team made the process smooth and enjoyable. From day one, Broc showed professionalism, strong market knowledge and a genuine commitment to the best result. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates and offer reassurance. I felt fully supported and confident throughout. If you want an agent who combines skill with genuine care, I can’t recommend Broc and the Ivy team enough.
Broc was outstanding from start to finish. He sold our home for more than we expected and kept us informed every step of the way. His communication was clear, timely, and always reassuring. He worked after hours to secure the sale, genuinely prioritizing our interests. Personable and hands-on, Broc even helped lift heavy items—above and beyond! We felt confident and cared for throughout the process. If you want someone who’s committed, capable, and invested in your outcome, Broc is the agent
Franklin was excellent! Polite, honest and professional. The buying process was smooth and we love our new home. Thank you Franklin!
