Fantastic service straight to the point and realistic with sales figures. if you want someone to tell you what you want to hear and list your property for an unachievable amount Dhi isnt the agent for you. If you want a genuine appraisal and someone who will work there ass off to get you the best price on the market then Dhi is the agent you want to list your property with.
Dhi was very helpful and efficient during my house selling process. I cannot find another better agent like him! Highly recommended!
excellent service , highly recommenced Ivy knows the market especially the sovereign island very well. she is a great communicator with very high standard of professionalism
Works Hard To Get The Best Outcome Isaac and Ivy marketed our house excellently and worked hard to get us a good price. They are very knowledgeable of the local market and are very professional in all their dealings. Their skills in closing the deal also came to the forefront and they achieved a great outcome for us and the buyer.
It was a pleasure to work with Ivy. Ivy has superb communication skills and is able to answer in-depth questions regarding the property, locality and market generally. I found Ivy to be highly responsive to my questions as a buyer and extremely transparent and easy to work with. Its no surprise that she is rated one of the top agents in the state. Thank you so much for your assistance in acquiring our dream home. So many happy memories to come here, appreciate you for facilitating it to happen.
Amazing service from start to finish, went well above and beyond in every aspect highly recommend
Prestige Agents On The Gold Coast . My experience with Isaac & Ivy from Ivy Realty was impeccable. Ivy has a reputation of being very professional and a pleasure to work with, Ivy knows the market very well and has a very impressive track record of portfolio. I have worked with Ivy twice and she made the process of both buying and selling super easy and smooth. I cannot speak more highly of the service Isaac & Ivy provides. You will not regret hiring Ivy Realty weather you are buying or selling.
We are grateful for Ivy, Issac & Dhi at Ivy Realty for helping us with a complicated yet rewarding experience. Between all three agents they managed to make a double deal resulting in us selling and purchasing a new property with settlement for both homes being on the same day. The agents at Ivy Realty are real, open and transparent but are also proactive and professional in getting the best outcome for both seller and purchaser. Thank you Ivy, Issac & Dhi for your amazing service.
Dhi had his work cut out on the sale of our property. We didn’t go to market and we had a small timeframe to sell our property. Dhi had a few very interested groups in our property which he had organised private viewings. Within 4 days our house was under contract which became unconditional within a short few weeks. Dhi had made the record sales for our house and the estate. We are grateful for Dhi and the team at Ivy Realty for helping us with a complicated yet rewarding experience.
