I recently worked with Ivy Realty, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect home. My agent was responsive, patient, and always available to answer questions — no matter how small. They had a deep understanding of the local market and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions every step of the way.

Wonderful service and personal touch from Broc Pearson at Ivy Realty. Working with Broc Pearson to sell our home was an enjoyable experience. From our very first meeting, we were kept well aware of what the marketing plans were. We were kept up to date every week with very detailed feedback after each open home. We feel Broc genuinely cared about making the process smooth and successful for us. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely work with him again in a heartbeat.
Great service and communication and great result. Thank you Ivy and Franklin. Barry
Very good knowledge about the market!
Good knowledge
As Broc already had a buyer for our property, the sale went through easily and his help with us finding another property was excellent. He went above and beyond helping us get there, I fully recommend him.
Broc provided an excellent service. We discussed my price expectations and the state of the market. Broc provided some very useful comments in relation to the property and made some great suggestions. He assisted in the actions we agreed to take. Every call or text was replied to thoughtfully and promptly. When we received an offer Broc provided valuable insight and guidance so we could respond appropriately. We were very happy with the entire process and appreciate the effort made by Broc.
