I recently visited this clinic for an IV iron infusion, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The infusion was done very quickly, much faster than it should have been, which led to a bad reaction — I developed a rash, fever, and chills shortly afterward. Not only was the procedure uncomfortable and poorly managed, but it was also extremely expensive for the quality of care I received. Arrived for my appointment to be advised that there weren’t any rooms available and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. According to the staff the incorrect number was on record despite having multiple sms contacts with the clinic. This was especially disappointing since I had to travel 1hour during peak hour only to be turned away. Ended up cancelling and requesting a refund.
