All the stuff , nurses are very professional and lovely! They make u feel very comfortable and they are always taking care of u , the only bad thing is the place is not as nice the the no one ponds one you u renovate the place specially bc its in south Yarra

My first IV experience,Kirsty was wonderful,she explained everything to me,discussed my health care concerns and advised what drip I should have. Administration of IV was absolutely painless, and she made sure I was comfortable . The process was very relaxing and I seem to have a boost of energy that I was hoping to achieve. Thankyou.

While happy with care received from Nurse on the day I am very dissatisfied with the reliability of communication and infrastructure needed for me to return to them next time confidently or advise others to do so. I was told that they have an onsite doctor and an ECG machine to handle any reactions or emergencies but when my BP shot up to 177/119 they said they don’t have onsite doctor to look after me and asked me to present myself at the emergency. The receptionist and nurses are so nice , friendly , very caring and careful they explain everything and they make u feel very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the place a bit old and no fancy , I was expecting to be in a better place like they show in the photos in moone ponds .
