Hassle free sale. Kate made everything easy as a first home buyer and did check in calls which was great. Paperwork was seamless and everyone was contactable. Great personal touch with a welcome plant as well!

Statutory Breaches, Liability Risks, and a Total Lack of Professionalism. CCTV shows her entering my apartment with her 2 kids to conduct cleaning without my permission. She claimed "settlement risk," but as a licensed professional, she should know cleanliness is not a reason to delay settlement, while bringing minors to conduct work created huge liability risks, my insurance would not cover any injuries or damage. She then entered my apartment unauthorised second time with her kids 2 hrs later.

Thanks for your review. I respectfully disagree with several statements. Under the contract,liability had transferred to the buyer,who was entitled to delay settlement without reason. Access on settlement day occurred only in exceptional circumstances,in good faith,to avoid a delay due to the property’s condition,no damage occurred,no claims arose,settlement proceeded as scheduled. 2nd access occurred post-settlement.I am committed to acting professionally and in my client’s best interests.
