Chris has been absolutely wonderful to work with through the process of purchasing our first home! He has never hesitated to answer any of our questions (there have been many!) and is always available when we’ve called. We have been very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Chris and Harcourts Inner East to our friends and family!
Definitely has expertise on market and marketing. He’s thorough with paper work and knows how to bung on effective sales pitch. He strives to keep interested buyers interested and works them like a professional that he is.
Chris was outstanding. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate which he employed to guide us through the process of selling of our property with efficiency and success. We would definitely recommend Chris and his team.

Very grateful to have dealt with Richie in the whole process of purchasing my new home. My first impression of Richie was he is switched on, experienced, professional and easy to talk to. He answered any questions I had and eased any concerns that came up during the process. He also checked up on me every week and updated me on things. Everything went smoothly and I’m very satisfied with the service he provided. Would recommend to anyone selling or buying to go through him.
Kate was always very helpful, friendly and reliable in the process of buying our house. She was easy to work with and I would happily recommend Kate to my friends and family.
We just wanted to thank you so much for your help in purchasing the property. You have really gone out of your way to help and your assistance, patience and time has been greatly appreciated. We will highly recommend your agency to people we know!
We purchased our first home with Kate, she was a fantastic agent. Very commutative and went above and beyond in the lead up to settlement. Hopefully we can buy our next home with Kate.
Thanks Kate for all your assistance in preparation and getting my property ready and on the market so swiftly and stress free. It gave me piece of mind to know I had it in such capable hands.
