Richie organised all aspects of the sale from enlisting tradespeople to carry out suggested improvements, the styling of the apartment and the open house inspections. An outstanding Real Estate Agent that goes above and beyond personally & professionally. I engaged Sameer's services after a previous agent had multiple failed contracts over 90 days. Within 1 week of engaging Sameer, he had a 30-day cash contract at a higher price. A hard work ethic, constant communication & follow up with all parties & fully commits to his job, but what also stood out to me was his heart and how much he cared to ensure that not only was I looked after, but also the tenant.
