Mel is awesome, I felt so comfortable liaising with her it was like speaking to an old friend. Mel's professionalism is outstanding and she is exceptionably organised. Mel's knowledge of not just Bulimba and all the surrounding areas of the city is vast and I felt very confident with my purchase. Paul and Mel are an excellent team and both went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.
Sameer was very open with his communication as he kept us informed throughout the buying journey. He was very professional as he advised recommendations to ensure the buying process was easy for us. So glad i went with Richie to sell my house, very down to earth agent while keeping professionalism to the highest level. Richie was extremely helpful to sell my house to achieve best selling results with awesome communication during the whole process. Highly recommended and will definately use Richie again.
Fantastic experience selling our home. We were kept updated every step of the way, and very happy with the professionalism and communication from the very beginning, right through until settlement. The way Richie presented our home both online and for the open home was equally impressive with amazing results. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to friends and family!
Sameer is very reliable and helpful. We were first time home buyers and he was always happy to answer all our questions. He was punctual with answers and always followed up quickly. He was very professional, but also friendly, which made the whole process easy for us.

As a first time home buyer, I had done some research beforehand, but I was grateful for Sameer`s help. The process went so smoothly, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was more than willing to answer the many questions I had being a first time home buyer. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking.
