Fantastic!!! Richie was fantastic from first viewing the property to 2nd inspection negotiations and getting us back through to measure up after hours. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use and recommend Richie 😀
Quick, Efficient & Professional! Richie did an amazing job right from the get go! Everything was quick, very efficient and hands down professional. The communication process was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richie!
From our very first encounter Richie went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, organising a private inspection, negotiating a fair deal & working until all hours on the weekend to bring the contract together. Knowing our struggles with securing a property, Richie made this purchase come together for us. We are forever grateful for his professionalism, availability & communication. We cannot speak highly enough of Richie & strongly suggest engaging him for all of your Real Estate needs!
Chris and the staff at Harcourts Inner East were great in every aspect of our sale. Communication was exceptional and they worked to ensure that we received the best outcome possible.
Very Professional, excellent experience! I found Richie Yates to be an extremely professional estate agent to communicate with. As this was my first purchase Richie led me through all the process carefully and explained everything along the way. Any questions I had were quickly answered and doubts were swiftly dealt with to put my mind at ease. Richie had a good knowledge of the area I bought in and the market into which I was buying. I would be very happy to deal with him any time in the future.
Chris was very professional with his approach to selling our property whilst being very easy to talk to and deal with during the whole process. Great knowledge, communication and recommendations prior to selling with a happy outcome. Highly recommend
Chris is a principal that actually engages with his sellers throughout the process, not just on sign up. He ensures he understands your requirements, he does the leg work while making it an enjoyable process. Chris is only bettered by his support staff, Taliah in particular, who is / are exceptional in their communication, engagement, professionalism and generally positive vibe to support the sale. Cant recommend the team highly enough, I will be using them again.
Great communication and honest, trustworthy - would highly recommend!
