Richie Yates would have to be the best agent we have dealt with ever. From start when we first made contact he called us back immediately (very rare as normally you have to chase agents in the Bulimba area) and nothing was ever a problem. He made us feel so comfortable with everything during the stressful time we had purchasing a property in the Bulimba/Hawthorne/Norman Park area. No pushing for a sale. A simple easy purchase and he kept us in the loop at all stages.

As I was distant from the house, Kate went the extra mile to tidy up the house herself. Somehow she booked quality tradesmen in a tight market. Her energy and willingness to create opportunities were remarkable. I nick-named her "dynamic" Kate. Surely, there could not be a better RE agent. So lucky!
