Rita was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment we met her at the open home. She was professional yet so friendly and kept us in the loop as we negotiated my parents dream property. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This is our third sale with Richie and he again delivered. The effort and consideration Richie puts into the sale of your property is truly the difference in delivering a successful outcome. With the changes in the property market, he worked tirelessly to ensure our marketing campaign was of high quality and a standout amongst other properties that we were competing with. Richie is honest and displays a level of integrity that is second to none.
Choosing a Real Estate agent is such an important decision. We are very happy with our decision to engage Kate to market our property and take to Auction. Kate went above and beyond helping us style our home with personal items to ensure our property had all the final touches for prospective buyers. Kate continued to inform us every step of the process until final settlement was achieved. We could not be happier with the price we achieved and the seamless process.
Kate is professional, honest, hard working and an excellent communicator. She knows and understands her market and clients. I would definitely recommend her.
Kate is a very competent and diligent real estate agent. Kate has sold two properties for us and both times we were very happy with her professionalism.
I had a great experience working with Richie! He was very professional and we had good and constant communication through the whole process. Richie supported me along the way and help me as much as he could to get the sell going. I highly recommend working with him!
Excellent Service! Richie was extremely helpful throughout the selling process and managed to get an excellent price for our home.
I've had the pleasure of both buying and selling with Kate And would be go through Kate again with my next purchase, as she is one of the most genuine and friendly Real estate person I've ever had to deal with, She goes above and beyond with what is required of her as a real estate agent, She won't disappoint and I would Highly recommend!!
Excellent
