Chris and the team at Harcourts Inner East looked after our investment property for 7 years before helping us sell. Throughout this time I cannot fault Chris or the team. Highly communicative, proactive with inspections, and great with tenants. During the sale, they gave an honest appraisal and ended up selling for above the guide in a softer market. The styling and marketing were super, they were always responsive with queries and supportive of us being interstate. Highly recommended.
Attentive, Always available. Richie was always available to answer any questions, visit the property at quick notice and extremely attentive. Nothing was too hard or caused any problems. The whole process was seamless.
Approachable and great communicator. Richie is very professional and establishes a good rapport with all involved. He has an easy manner combined with good professional knowledge of the area and is in touch with the market - this was at a time of change - which helped me in a very realistic way. Richie's good rapport with my tenants also meant there were no issues for open houses and the presentation of the property was very attractive. I have no hesitation in recommending Richie.
Always available for any question. Richie always either answered his phone or returned your call. He was polite and professional. He was great to deal with and made the process seamless. Dealing with other agents in the process of buying a house, they are not as professional as Richie, including some that turned us off purchasing the house they were representing.
