Richard is really knowledgeable about the market in Gosford. He gave good advice and we agreed on a realistic price guide for our property. Richard kept us up to date on the number of potential buyers and what they were saying about the property. Would definitely recommend Richard to anyone thinking of buying or selling strata property in Gosford.
Really knows the area and the market in it. Also overall market trends. I really liked his quiet confidence in selling at the price and in the timelines he predicted. Very reassuring at all times.
Excellent, no complaints.
Business response:
Jeff it has been a pleasure working with you and Crystal over the years and we finally found you a property. Cant wait to see what you guys do to make it your own.
Trent is a first rate agent and we absolutely loved working with him. He was professional, and always kept us fully up to date. He is A+ in our books. In fact, so are Gittoes as a whole. Prior to selling they managed our tenants and did a fantastic job!
Ingrids knowledge of the market is outstanding. This is the fourth property that we've sold through Gittoes, with Ingrid being involved each time .. we couldn't be happier with the service and the results as well .. we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ingrid and the Gittoes team.
Business response:
