Blake was exceptional in helping my partner and I purchase our first home. From start to finish, nothing was ever an issue. Blake was always responsive, attentive, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Blake to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent.
Ingrid showed me property when I was a purchaser for an acreage many years ago and I was impressed with her attention to detail, market knowledge and respect for purchasers and her sellers. She was instrumental in the sale of our former residential property and was my first preference for the sale of our current property. Ingrid and Georgia were supportive and assisted throughout my property preparation process to make sure it was presented to get the best sales outcome for my family.
Business response:
Penny, thank you for the opportunity to work with you. We were thrilled to have been able to achieve such an outstanding result. Thank you for believing in our process and taking on-board our recommendations. Your final presentation made all the difference. Wishing you all the best.
Ingrid is an acreage specialist. She lives where she sells and that gives her a current depth of knowledge and experience to deal with anything curly. In addition, she values integrity and honesty in her client relationships and gave us as clients the confidence and trust for the sale of our property. She also took the time to get to know us and work with us on a few tricky matters - and that made all the difference.
Business response:
Thank you Clive & Lee. We were grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside you after working with you in the background for so many years. We pride ourselves in being approachable, professional and working with integrity.
Georgia understood us and helped greatly to facilitate the sale of our property. She was always on time and communicated clearly and promptly what was happening. Utterly professional in her manner and dealings also.
3 yrs ago we had the privilege of meeting a very down to earth, experienced & very relatable Real Estate Agent.. his name is Ben Cheverall Last week we put that house back on the market & didn’t hesitate to call Ben once again. We wouldn’t even consider any other agency. Within 4 days Ben had not only sold our home but achieved over our expectations on the price. If anyone is looking for an Enthusiastic, Motivated agent then Ben is who you’re looking for.
Ben was exceptional. Having worked in conveyancing in the legal field for over 40 years, I understand what a "pushy" agent is. Ben was never that - he had a great knowledge of where the market was at and was able to help you decide on a course of action which was to your benefit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property.
Ben was fabulous to work with! He had an outstanding knowledge of the market conditions for the area. Our property was able to be sold off market for a price that far exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend Ben more.
We once met Richard while we were in Gosford, we thought we will go with Richard for our unit Sale. Only reason was him being fully responsive for our query from overseas before sale. He was continuously following up. Me and my wife trusted him for selling the unit. He was very professional. He was working on shoes from the seller and did his best for finding deals and we were very happy with the final deal for Sale. We highly recommend him on the Gosford Area. Thank You Richard.
Georgia was very diligent and helpful during the selling process. Due to her hard work we were able to find a buyer quickly and at the price we wanted. Thanks Georgia!
