Richard from the outset was very knowledgeable of the area, current market prices, availability for properties for sale and advice in presenting the town house for sale. I was always kept up to date with advertising, prospective purchasers and negotiated for me the best price.
Richard was great to deal with as I purchased my property. He was forthcoming with information, really knowledgeable about the area and helpful in explaining processes and access to the property. His communication was clear, really timely and responsive.
