This was my first property purchase in over 20 years. Ingrid and Georgia guided me throughout the process ensuring that I understood everything involved. Their honesty and integrity is unmatched, I cannot thank them enough for helping me secure this property for myself and my family, they are not your typical real estate agents. Honest, caring and kind with no hidden agendas. Thank you Ingrid & Georgia.
Matt went above and beyond and was great to deal with as a first-time buyer.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Blake to sell our home. From the very first meeting, Blake impressed us with his professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care for our goals. He made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way and always going the extra mile. Blake’s strategy was spot-on—his advice on presentation and timing helped us attract strong interest right away, and we ended up with a fantastic result.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m really glad the process felt smooth and that my advice helped deliver a great result. It was a pleasure working with you, and I wish you all the best for what’s ahead. Kind regards, Blake Stretton
Richard is a specialist in that area & was very responsive.
Our recent experienced of Gittoes 'A' team comprising of Ingrid, Ben & Georgia for selling our house in West Gosford was not short of amazing. They secured a price twice the average in record time. The marketing was done to emphasise the uniqueness of our home and location. Thank you. Tickled pink that you were able to find your little bit of France here on the Central Coast!
Richard made the sale seamless and went above and beyond in assisting me with getting to market. He is to the point and had realistic price expectations delivering on the higher end of the initial advised cost range. Highly recommend.
