I had an amazing experience with Louise. She really understood the colour and look I wanted. She took the time to talk me through the whole process, including what was achievable and the ongoing maintenance involved, so we were both completely on the same page. Louise is incredibly talented and achieved exactly the colour and look I was hoping for. My hair looked amazing for my school formal and I couldn’t have been happier with the result.
