Quality of wash was fine, but left the blow dry and style with very frizzy hair and one side of my face framing not curled

Literally the best hair cut experience I’ve ever had. I went to the wrong studio because I’m just not the clever type. However the guy at the not Redhill one was so lovely and friendly, fully filled my cup. I then rush to the correct studio where again the lady I spoke to was nice as heck. Then graz who cut my hair was incredibly nice and friendly, also did an incredible cut. Then she gave me some samples to make my hair not knotty and thick.
