I found the workers very knowledgeable with friendly & courteous service. They completed the job in minimal time -very efficient. I was a bit surprised by the cost of the service especially with the toilet being more expensive than the roof. I know they had to purchase parts for the toilet but it would be nice to have a breakdown of costs. Also it should be stated what hourly rate is so it gives the customer an idea of what they are being charged. Service was prompt, Sebastian and his co-worker were efficient and friendly, and went to some lengths to complete a somewhat tricky job - involving a phone conference back to base for advice on options. I was impressed.
