We had a hot water system which was spewing water, EPSS had been recommended by a neighbour, so we rang midafternoon Thursday. The response to our call was exceptional, James was here within the hour and explained our options very clearly. Early the following morning we had a quote to replace the system which we accepted, all our queries were responded to immediately and a new system was in place early afternoon.
