Sean (spelling) was great, he was courteous and friendly. He fixed the leaking toilet and kitchen tap, and gave me advice on my gas heater, I didn’t know it had a filter. Thank you for coming.
I was able to book a time to suit me. I was kept informed about the time of arrival. I think the plumber's name was Danny. I had requested that the old taps in the laundry be replaced with lever-type handles and he took me through all the aspects of them vs. the old handles before he started the job to make sure he was doing exactly what was required. All good!
The man was flat out he did a great job and he informed me, that he would let you know about the extra jobs we need bone
I had a second shower recess and second toilet put in my laundry room. Sean did an excellent job putting in all the water and sewer pipes under the house and some of the internal plumbing work. James was excellent finishing the internal plumbing work and also did an excellent job on all the tiling in the shower recess and skirting around the bottom of the walls. They both did a very professional, competent job. They both had really good problem solving skills.
