We had a hot water system which was spewing water, EPSS had been recommended by a neighbour, so we rang midafternoon Thursday. The response to our call was exceptional, James was here within the hour and explained our options very clearly. Early the following morning we had a quote to replace the system which we accepted, all our queries were responded to immediately and a new system was in place early afternoon. We have found that EPSS provide exceptional service and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Hills solar hot water failed. Expert plumbing were able to come and fix problem the very next day and gave good advice on the problem.
