I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this situation was handled poorly. I originally hired them to replace a fan I had previously purchased. During installation, the electrician asked if I was okay keeping the existing light switch because the new one “wouldn’t match the others” and if they could take the new one with them. I agreed, as I was busy with work and unaware that the switch included electronics specifically for fan control — something with a limited lifespan and worth $50+.
