When dealing with your staff on the phone, they were both very polite and easy to deal with. I can’t comment at this stage on the effectiveness of the treatment

Aleisha was really lovely, she was very professional and efficient. She was respectful of my daughter sleeping, worked around her nap schedule so that she could apply a good treatment to the whole house without interrupting her sleep. She also explained what each product does and the process she would follow before she started. She made me and my kids feel comfortable and explained a lot about how the products work, what we can expect to see and what to do if we needed more help after the treatment. The two guys who did the spraying were pleasant and did all the spraying were polite and efficient. I’m hopeful that all the ants will “Drop dead” as per your name. I did phone your office a couple of days before they came to say we have Argentine ants and I’m not sure it the spray used was also one that will destroy Argentine ants who I believe have multiple nests.

Great to receive text advising your serviceman would be at the designated time - always prompt The service for General pest spray was carried out efficiently and Dillon’s attention to detail was as very much appreciated. Having found the major source were the ants were breeding. I will check over the next week to see if I require further treatment targeting Ants.
