Turned up on time. Technician Luke was professional, polite and explained his procedure for the inspection and treatment of our property. Clearly a very thorough inspection and spray treatment outside. Gave a good and concise summary of his findings and recommendations at the end. Capably assisted by Darryl part way through the job. Fantastic experience from the outset. The offer to triage a potential problem via sms photos was very helpful. Kristen was superb on the phone. She took the time to get me the help I needed, called me back and scheduled an appointment at short notice.. She was fantastic. Alex was also amazing.. Managed to get an appointment quickly for a termite inspection. Luke was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check of the interiors and exteriors of the house and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and what he’s looking for. Great guy.
